About Us

We are passionate about helping businesses be successful. Both our educational backgrounds are in hotel management in Germany and we have business ownership experience with businesses in Canada since 1994 including Print Three Kelowna, a digital print company in the Okangan Valley which we have taken from humble beginnings as a copy shop to one of the leading print solutions providers in the Kelowna area, winning numerous awards including the Small Business Award of the year in 2010 and the 2011 Print Three Franchising Marketing Campaign Competition.

Mark Krieger is technical, analytical and uses a straight forward approach in any conversation with his clients. Having a passion for IT, finance and operational processes, he is quickly able to assess a company's weaknesses and strengths and make suggestions for improvement.

After having grown up in an entrepreneurial family and earning his degree in hotel management in Germany, Mark came to Canada with his wife Alexandra in 1993. As any true entrepreneur would do, he opened his first company in Canada within a few months of arriving in this new country.

Mark helps organizations and individuals to create systems for success, both on the IT and operations side, implement strategies for financial well-being and is not afraid to ask the hard questions as he knows they lead to great answers that move businesses and individuals forward.

Alexandra Krieger is an entrepreneur by heart. Having grown up in the family’s publishing business in Germany, she jokes that she learned about running a business before learning how to walk.

Having earned her degree in hotel managment in Germany, and being involved in Print Three since 1994, she has been providing corporate coaching and training to businesses and entrepreneurs since 2004. She is also a strongly visual person, allowing her to be the creative side of the business when it comes to design and development services offered.

Alexandra says she is fortunate to be married to her best friend (and business partner), Mark. They welcomed an addition to their family in 2011, their baby girl Katherine, who she says has become of her greatest teachers. As a gift to Katherine, she is writing a blog called “Life Lessons from my Baby Girl”.

She understands the challenges companies and entrepreneurs face and combining her passion of training and coaching with her years of experience in business, she connects with her clients, helping businesses to reach their potential and individuals to realize their dreams.
